Day-night blinds
Day-night, or zebra, is a roller blind made of two layers of fabric with alternating solid and sheer stripes. Shift the stripes and you get soft light or a covered window. The open system starts at 7,000 ₸, the cassette system at 9,000 ₸

Day-night fabric runs in a double loop: a front and a back layer, both striped. When the sheer stripes line up, the room is bright; shift them half a step and the window is closed. You never need to raise the whole blind for it

Day-night or a roller blind?
A roller blind is a solid panel: lower it and the window is covered. Day-night is made of stripes and lets you change the light without raising the blind. If you like soft daylight, choose day-night; if you want simplicity or darkness, choose a roller blind
Can people see into the room through day-night blinds?
When the solid stripes cover the sheer ones, the window is closed to the view. If you need real darkness, for example in a bedroom, look at dense roller fabrics or a Duet
What is the difference between open and cassette systems?
In an open system the roller with the fabric sits on the sash without a box: simpler and cheaper. In a cassette system the roller is hidden in a box and the fabric runs in side guides, so the blind looks neater, lets in less light at the edges and stays close to the glass
